Knitted Koozie

I started knitting mason jar koozies because we were using them for hot coffee in the winter and the glass clearly gets to hot to hold with your bare hands. Check out www.cuppow.com for these amazing mason jar lids.

I heart VT

We bought a 1x8 pine board and made this little Vermont state silhouette with the initials cut out. After sanding it down a bit, I painted it a pale green.

Love it. Made by D & A

We bought a 1x8 pine board and I drew out the cursive word 'LOVE' so he had a stencil to work off of. After sanding it down, I painted it a pale teal.

When the coffee table was completed, I made a custom cushion for the top. I bought 2" foam at Jo-Ann fabrics and cut the piece to size and made a linen slipcover for it. We added two decorative buttons on the top to create that puckered look.

Derrick made a beautiful new piece we custom designed with leftover material from the farm table.

For Miss Khloe, made by D & A

This years Christmas was inspired with home made gifts. He cut out sign language letters from a pine board that spelt out his niece's name, and I painted and drew out the lines to complete the look. I hope Miss Khloe has this forever.

A perfect match.

The bench compliments the table really nicely.

A matching bench for the table, made by D

By far, my favorite thing to find under the Christmas tree this year. D surprised me with a matching bench for our new farm table.

My very own farm table, made by D

This table was made with reclaimed lumber from a late 1800's VT barn beam. We found the wood at a local antique store. It's about 5' long and 30" wide. It's exactly what I've always wanted to have.
